GEM electric cars are designed to make personal urban transport clean, green, stylish, nimble, frugal, easy and fun.

With its innovative curved, open design and high-level driving position the GEM e2 combines excellent all round visibility with ample cabin space for two. The e4 is the only all-electric car available in the UK that will that will comfortably seat 4 adults. With its innovative curved, open design the e4 provides excellent all round visibility and an astonishing 78 cubic feet of passenger cabin space.

The GEM e2 and e4 have a top speed of 30mph and a roaming range of 30 miles per charge, which is ideal for most city driving conditions.

Over 40,000 GEM cars have been sold worldwide, they are used by NASA, the US Army, various police forces and thousands of happy private owners worldwide. The economical, versatile vehicles are totally electric, producing no air pollution, exhaust emissions or loud noises. For a small additional charge ITF are able to offset the O2 produced during the manufacturing process ensuring complete carbon neutrality.  GEM batteries are recharged via a mains power lead which plugs directly into the vehicle and any standard electrical socket. Each full charge will power the vehicle for 30 miles at top speed with a full load.

As with all electric cars, the GEM e2 and e4 are exempt from the London Congestion Charge and Road Tax. Other benefits include discounted parking and free battery charging at a number of central car park locations.
